The Easiest Christmas Tree Treats

Make THESE to IMPRESS 👇🏼

Are you a white chocolate fan?

Homemade white chocolate is a current obsession - and what better way to utilize it than these White Chocolate Christmas Trees?! 🎄

Made with healthy fats, keto-friendly sweetener, gluten-free pretzels and naturally colored sprinkles, these are a treat that everybody can enjoy!

And trust me, they most definitely will!

These last a while in the fridge, so feel free to make a large batch, although I can’t promise they won’t be eaten as soon as they are discovered 😉

Here’s my favorite Vegan White Chocolate Recipe:

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Place the mold of your choice (bars or shaped) onto a tray or wooden board that fits into your freezer. No need to oil it! Set aside.

  2. In a small saucepan, add cocoa butter and vegan butter. If using coconut oil, use refined coconut oil to avoid the coconut flavor, unless that is what you are going for.

  3. Heat over medium/low heat and occasionally stir until melted. The mixture will be really thin and yellow.

  4. Reduce the heat to low, and stir in the cashew butter until melted.

  5. Finally, stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.

  6. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool down slightly before pouring it on the mold. Conversely, use as is for the Christmas Trees ;)

  7. Transfer the mold into the freezer for 10-12 minutes until the chocolate bar is hard and set. This will take 10+ minutes or so.

  8. Eat and enjoy!

Storage:

  • Store in the fridge or in the freezer for an ultra-crunchy bar. The chocolate melts fast under 85°F (30°C).

Speaking of Christmas trees, have you ever visited the iconic one in New York City? Yeah, me neither… but I’ve always wanted to! Now’s our chance with these 2 great hotel options ;)

Merging the 24/7 excitement of Times Square with the past (and present) glamour of New York, you’ll feel like you’re in a blast from the past with the Hotel’s classic Art Deco detailing straight from the Mad Men era!

With a prime location in the middle of it all, this landmark hotel was built in 1962, a testament to both longevity and lavish attention to detail. With comfortable NYC accommodations and deluxe guest amenities, each room creates an ideal home-away-from-home setting that's well suited for both business and leisure travelers, alike.
